Indian here.
Sikkim got incorporated into India in 1975 because we handled their everything except civil administration.
The people decided it was good for them to join us and voted for the same, ending absolute monarchy

Nazi Germany was just Germany with a different government. That’s it. Also Unified Korea was a thing way before the end of WW2. Before they were claimed by the Japanese, they were the Korean Empire.
