I'll never forget when I driving home at night during a tough time in my life. I became stuck in a vortex of deeply negative and suicidal thoughts. I wanted to crash my car and end it. Meanwhile, I was tuning out the radio this entire time, until suddenly this song came on. I hung on to every word. I also put a little more effort to get home safely. When I arrived home, I broke down and listened to the rest of it before going in the house. This moment was a miracle, and it brought me closer to God. I felt like something, someone sent this song in my darkest moment as an answer. And I'm so thankful this exists.

My son die slowly from cancer, when the time came closer. Eventhough he was hooked up to everything I put earphones to his ear and played hero. They thought he couldn't hear anything they were wrong. I saw the tears flow from his eyes. I told him that he was my hero kissed him for the last time. I wish I see Mariah in person to tell her thank you

I lost my dad in 1997 to cancer and we played this song when the casket was being lowered into the ground. This song brings me to tears every time I hear it. Love you dad

I went to bed feeling so hopeless about life, like thereโs nothing good for me to look forward to, but I woke up from sleep with this song singing in me, I havenโt heard or listen to this for years now, when I listened to it tears fell down my eyes, overwhelmed by Godโs love who put the song in my heart that morning. Canโt thank and praise Jesus enough.
