I'm experiencing what appears to be a good dose of fear. I feel a deep hurt in my core, unknown to me - at this moment. I'm unsure what to do about it really, i guess it just needs to be seen. I always weep deeply with these videos, feels like a good thing. I realise i treat myself as if there is something wrong with me, the fear is that belief, believing that there is something deeply irreversibly wrong with me that keeps me from love and connection with another. That being said/realised, there is a flicker of light i've been granted that allows me to entertain the notion that this is simply a wound of conditioning. And that i exist much deeper than this pain. This flicker of light comes to me in the form of videos like this, and brief moments of awareness that take me beyond any painful story i may tell myself. I am thankful for you (yes you) and any other flicker of loving light that allows for more of that grace to exist on this journey
